The scuttlebutt sayin Parker and old fitz....fingers crossed

Wait....is mine not the Boston Batch? --- Haven't had the pigskin batch. Just realized what you were referring to...
I know reviews and impressions are a bit subjective but my look around the interweb showed that most people preferred the -02 over the Pigskin -03. Just curious your opinion on what you drank

These two drink a lot of Booker's. But it is just two people's opinions.

And.......done for today.

I'll be honest, I did not like it at first. It has been sitting for a few weeks and really enjoyed what I had last night. My palate is evolving as we speak!

Haul from this morning, been trying to track down this Michters for a couple years, got a new store owner that hooked me up at ~msrp, can’t wait to try it. Haven’t had much Whistlepig, but apparently this is from an overlooked 17.5yr barrel K&L got ahold of.

Which recipe 4Roses? Their barrel strengths are hands down my favorite non-Uber rare bourbon, particularly OBSO, OBSK and OBSV >10years old.

I was recommended a bottle of Uncle Earnest yesterday so I grabbed it- haven’t looked back to see if it’s in this post anywhere. Thoughts?

Shit spellcheck corrected my post- I grabbed a bottle of Uncle Nearest. Oh and a bottle of cheap stuff (Eagle Rare is as avaialble as JD here).

Waiting for Buffalo Trace to show up at the state liquor store- I did find out from the sales woman that they keep Blantons in the back upon request when available. I'm now on the list.

So weird. I can get Buffalo Trace by the 750 or 1.75L any time I want. Eagle rare is, well, rare.
Buffalo Trace is available like once a month and then it sells out- I usually buy 6-12 bottles if I catch it.
Eagle Rare is always on the shelves.
When I stop at the store tomorrow I’ll grab a panoramic of the whiskey section if I remember

The store I shop at is one of the busiest in the country.

There are NO alcoholics in NH! (Number is not at all skewed by the state run liquor stores on the highway on some of the busiest thoroughfares in the country)

DE is skewed by the fact there is no sales tax and the beach towns which sell a ton of booze. Source: I used to live there.

Buffalo Trace is available everywhere out here for <$25ish, store picks even sit around at $30, Eagle Rare is around $30 and isn’t hard to find. Weller special reserve flies off shelves at $30-40 though and 107 is usually $75-$100 and hard to find

I should pull a Kramer. Load up a delivery van with the buy-6-get-1-free Buffalo Trace supermarket specials and drive them to NH. Profit!
Buffalo Trace is $26.99 when it's available

Three are no taxes in NH, the store I shop at is off I95 2 minutes from the beach....

Only thing here is they have no Weller anything, they have WLW once a year as a raffle, that's it.

While we're talking Four Roses for a minute, how are people getting any of these?

Auction? Right place right time? I'm genuinely curious. This bottle is out of my price range.
