I have a bottle of C918 at 131.4 proof and bottle of C920 at 132.8. Any difference btw the 2 besides proof?

That's weird. So even within the C920 batch, there is difference in proof.
Difference of 2 years. ;)

Elijah Craig releases 3 batches per year: A, B and C. The numbers are the month and year. So you have September of 2018 and September of 2020.

Each batch has a different proof. Usually 125+.

Love the 12, never had the 15. The 21 is the nuts.
I never saw the 15 before. It got mixed reviews so I thought I’d try it. I really like it a lot. It’s complex and has a long sweet finish. The nose didn’t impress me as much as the 12. The 21 is $200+ here so I doubt I’d buy it.

the other day I had a few drams of Ardbeg Oogie and then poured some glendronach 12 and it sweetened the 12 so much. It was so delicious and really brought out the brightness of the 12. So yummy

I didn’t do that this time with the 15 since it’s my first tasting but I will try it tomorrow.

Dang! The parliament is $285 here. I want it! Hahah
Its certainly not an everyday bottle lol. But its one of the few bottles I'll splurge for in that price range.

Did you have the regular 21 or the parliament? Have you tried that 18? It’s next on my list

Of the Glendronach core range bottlings I like the Allardice 18 slightly better than the Parliament 21, personally. Both are great for sure. The 18 is matured in Oloroso Casks only and the 21 in a combo of Oloroso and PX. As you know, the 18 and 21 are much older than the age stated. The 18 will be only 18 again soon as the stock is catching up to 18 years since they went back producing.

To your previous question to Irish: The 21 is the Parliament. They are one and the same.
