I’ve tried 6 bottles. My only advice is try a random some and hope you get lucky. All the store picks were too safe. Good but not great. If you get that tobacco you know you’ve got a winner

I've almost exhausted all the bourbon I want to buy that is available locally and affordably. So I'm interested in this answer as well. I want to try Noah's Mill, for instance, but I'd have to drive at least an hour to get some, and it's easier just to pay an extra $15-20 over retail to have the bottle shipped to me.
I have a membership to Flaviar, though I don't think that I will renew after 6 months.
I have seen some good deals on Bottle Buzz, but also ridiculous prices on hard to find bottles.. The best that I have found is https://www.delmesaliquor.com out of San Diego.

Damn this stuff is so good. we have trouble getting this out east coast. I bought a bottle of Sazerac last night and asked the guy about this stuff. he said the new distiller pulled back their shipping area and he not sure if we get anymore of this or not at this point.
I don't have a single online vendor. I find who has what I need in stock at the best price with the lowest shipping. I have used Chip's Liquor, Mora's Fine Wine, and Del Mesa Liquor most recently

It’s funny, I asked four people for advice, and this was the One constant across the board. Everyone described it as “different” or “funky” but still at the top of everyone’s list.
I’ve heard good things about the single barrel barrel proof rye too. Need to try them both.
JDBP SR rye was my favorite pour of 2020
The bourbon's a contender for one of my favorite pours right now, so i'll have definitely have to track down the rye

I can up here. I’m looking for a couple bottles of Old Ezra 7yr, and it looks like they are all over Portland area.Don't think you can get that in OR, which is a bummer
