It's for science! Though technically it is rum since we are fermenting sugar and there is not a hint of corn to be found.

Been looking for an Old Carter. Picked up a Nulu store pick on a flyer (ok, not strictly a flyer since they let me taste it first), but how could I say no when it has Baby Yoda on the back?

I have a bottle of the Nulu Toasted Rye. Very subtle flavor but good. A splash of water or a small ice cube brings it forward a little. Very drinkable.

Old Carter has been KILLING IT for the last couple of years. Their Bourbons, Ryes and Americans are great across the board, with very few exceptions. Yes, they are pricey but it is hard to dispute the quality. Not sure there is anyone out there putting out the average quality they have put out.
