Looks like a lot of you guys are using similar glassware. Maybe this one?

I've been looking around on Amazon, and I really like the look (and price) of these. I've tried ordering them twice, and both times they sent the wrong glasses. Trying one more time today, and if they don't get it right, I'm looking for something else. Or I'll just get the Glencairn above.

Additionally, I'd also like something even smaller, for side by side tastings. I thought these little guys were pretty cute, so I ordered them too. I'll let you all know what I think when they arrive.

Happy to hear your thoughts on any of these, or anything else you guys like.

Top set is a staple, they are nice.

Second link looks solid too. Hopefully this order works out.

You said the third link the glasses were cute. I'm not familiar with that term and glassware. Pretty standard looking rocks glass however. Haha

I have these, and like them a lot.

For tastings, I am thinking of getting the Wee Glens. You can order them in all different quantities.

I just cracked the 17 year. I agree with the berry and apple notes. Nice rye spice on the palate with a long finish. I also have an 18 year, but it will have to wait.

Checking something. Very similar to the 4 Roses. More ethanol lower proof. If I let the Blanton's sit 2 years....the same? Interesting.

Edit: ethanol in the background now 3 sips in. VERY similar now. Crazy. I love this hobby. 4 Roses still sweeter.

Ok Mr. @wolfpack. I lost it but found it again.

This is brown sugar, caramel, leather and oak. I get no fruit on the palate. Spice amps up a bit, but not overwhelming. Finish is drying and oaky.

It’s good. Around 100 proof? What is it?

My one taste of that disappointed. Just expected more. Of course my base line is Sagamore and Alberta.
I get it. First 2-3 pours out of the bottle are good but not great like RB bourbon is right out of the gate. Once there’s some room for the rye to breathe, it gets significantly better over a few months in time out!

Now that Alberta Premium is just outstanding and will easily beat just about any rye I can get my hands on. Top 3 for me if not my #1
