Impressive!! Wish I had that many options

BTW, is that Beach Cottage Oak vinyl plank flooring with 3.25" baseboards? (I have the exact same thing if it is...)

Infinity bottles are fun! I use the decanter from our wedding registry to keep mine. It's guarded by legos... :cool

Nothing fancy to record the additions like that cool spiral label, I just jot them down on a piece of paper. The challenge is holding off on tasting it until you get enough not to drain it in one sitting. Well, at least for me, but I tend to drink a lot.

Another vote for Eagle Rare if you can find it.

I also really like the unique flavor and finish of Stranahan’s Colorado Whisky cask strength and Michters American Whiskey (when you can find it).

I have to admit that I have never heard the term "infinity bottle" before.

But despite that fancy name, I did buy the bottle below when they came out in 1995, drank it down for a year or two to almost the end, and then have been adding the last little bit of many, many bottles of Scotch whisky to it over the years. And subtracting along the way, naturally. :cool

(BTW, for those who cook, we do the same thing with spices and dried herbs: one canister for herbs only, and one for spices. They're our house blends, constantly evolving, and we probably use them in half the dishes we make.)
