We're fortunate that a regular in our game works for the largest liquor distributor. So pushing new offerings and tastings are opportunities he's always chasing.

You'd be doing him a favor to sample his spirits. ;)

Yo invite me to your game. I’ll bring drinks

Lemme know if anyone has access to one of these. It’s a travel exclusive bottle - so keep your eyes out while traveling

What is meant by a travel exclusive bottle? Only available in airports and duty free shops?

What should one expect to pay for this?

Thanks!
Yeah, that’s probably what that means. I’d expect it to be around $70. So if you find some get a lot! Haha

Group of friends is getting together tomorrow evening to play craps(using my dunes set).

This group has been ride or die since we all became adults. We mourn together, we celebrate together. I found out on Tuesday I reached a major milestone in my career(think like making partner in a big law firm). I'd always told that if that happened nothing is off the table for what we were opening, all the 'celebration whiskey' comes out.

Can't wait to see what else we have show up.

Don’t get me started. I was the 10th ranked customer, but it’s a random draft. I drew 48th, hence, my disappointment.

But my guy took care of me. I get a nice consolation next week, which happens to be one of my top 10 bottles I would have wanted.
Not a bad “consolation” bottle with this Parker’s. It’s not cheap, but I’m pretty damn excited for it. :bigbucks::love:

We do need to do another swap of samples. Is it my turn to ship? I can never remember.

Actually, I think you shipped last. We could start doing simultaneous sample swaps so we never have to remember again, lol

I was in one of my local Brooklyn haunts last week to snag a limited bottling Knob Creek for another forum member, and the shopkeeper told me to check back today, as he might have something for me. I braved the bitter below-zero wind chill…I think it was worth risking the frostbite.

Lol. Was going to open it in the store, partially for that reason and partially to share it, but he said he’s doing a dry February, since he didn’t do one in January. I told him I’d pour off a sample bottle for him.

Why February, he said? It’s the shortest month!

Lol
