This is really good. My first ever E

When they say slight baking spice, they mean SLIGHT. Beautiful nose. The E is corn heavy, so sweet caramel, chocolate, and mild spice. It is there though. This is just the neck pour, I am excited to see how she develops.

Secret Surprise: if I win with AA tonight, then George T Stagg comes out!
OMG... So I lost a flopped set to a rivered straight. Got kind of mad, and melted down.

Now normally I would not have gotten so angry.. but because it was by my BFF it really got to me. Under any other circumstances, I would have just wished that my opponent got syphilis and moved on. But he just pisses me off with his horrible calls and ridiculous rewards on the river.

And then about three hands later this happened. Luckily, I had bought in for about $500 out of absolute drunken anger. And frankly, I feel that I deserve this.

Lesson learned. Don't punch the wall until the night's over. Also, George T Stagg is awesome.

You know what the funny part is. Losing $20 in a hand is absolutely frustrating. But having your friends drink $100 of George T Stagg is the best feeling ever!

What goes around comes around.

Last night I gave all my early profits to a stickier-than-I-thought player who was not drinking. He eventually built a stack of about $400 from a single $60 buy-in.

By the end of the night, I had three solid whiskeys in me and $100 profit. He was busto and had no whiskey.

I think it's obvious who the winner was.

Does anyone have any Four Roses Barrel Strength for trade?

I need anything but OESK, OBSV, and OBSO

I have OESK for trade. Send a PM please

And here I was debating buying another bottle, but thinking I need to hold off until I reduce my 27 a bit…

10 of mine are gifts. But I was thinking about how much I’ve spent (my most expensive bottle is $160) and wondering if I should stick with $8 six-packs for a bit.

Dafuq, you guys drinkers or collecters????? :wtf: ;)

After a nice binge making up for all you "dry January" people, I think I'm down under 90 bottles. Perhaps. I stopped counting at some point and routinely find more in forgotten hiding spots. It's fun, like finding lost treasure!

Serious question. How many whiskey bottles that contain whiskey are inside your home?

I'll start. 210
149

I literally keep an excel spread sheet of inventory in my bar.
Google Docs so I can easily reference it when I'm not at home, but same.

Type, Distillery, Bottle, ABV, Age, Open, Notes('don't buy this again', 700ml or 750ml, etc).
