Buy three get one free. Why not! First J Designs I’ve purchased. Been using Copags. Recently switched to bridge size from poker size. One black jack index setup, and the other in the 4 color jumbo on the J Designs. Curious to see how people react to the 4 color. Not even sure if I’ll like them.

Only a Paulson chip, an old, nice THC 1$ from Czechoslovakia: it was issued by Casinos Czechoslovakia, the first casino operator in Czechoslovakia after the fall of socialism. It was short lived because in 1993 Czechoslovakia was split in Czech Republic and Slovachia (hence Czech Casinos was established).

Paulson chips are quite rare in Europe: actually, I never have seen them in play in Europe in over a decade. Only other European Paulson chips I have are Costa Crociere chips ... I don't know if a "boat" chip can be actually defined "european"

I’ve been in the process of murdering two racks of these, but good god they’re a pain and a half to do.

Not joking: wear eyepro if you take a knife to them. Absolutely destroyed an exacto knife blade trying to pry a piece off instead of using my pry tool.

Can't help but feel that something more contrasting for your $25 to set off that killer $100 would be the chefs kiss for this set.

These are great. Seemingly great quality, not noticeably thicker than normal cards. I was going to order a deck until I realized shipping alone was going to be like ~$50. I went with a Chinese option for now.


Also, got a batch of ST25R95 ICs to start testing/development of an RFID reader board as detailed here:

Picked up these Gemaco Bridge Jumbo Monarchs off of Craigslist for $15. Not bad as they are new and sealed.
