What's the Most Money You Ever Won in a Single Night? (2 Viewers)

My biggest cashes:

Cash game: $1-2 cash game (10-20 local currency) at a local club. In for $300 out for $1500 here's a pic of the stack at one point towards the end.

My biggest tournament win was back in 2008 and was from a 60 man freezeout in a casino in Riga, Latvia. The tournament was called the Nordic student championship, and was open to players from the Nordic countries. You had to qualify through an online qualifier on Betway which was essentially a freeroll. I qualified online and won a full package with airplane ticket/hotel/+tournament registration. Ended up in 3rd place in the tournament for $15000. Keep in mind this was all sponsorship money. No entry fee in the tournament and almost no entry fee in the online qualifiers. Oh how I wish there was still this kind of promotional money in poker!

For gross profit, $550 in one hour in a casino $1/$2 cash game, only the second time ever playing in a casino.
For winnings to blinds ratio, $157 in a recently played 25c/25c cash game.

For tournament, our recent end of the year one where I cashed $170 (night before the 25c/25c cash game).

Cash. (.25/.50) $160 profit, bought in for $80. That was a fun night.
Tourney: first place for $150, $25, plus a 10 add-on

I used my tourney winnings to buy a sweet Dunes CC v1 micro cash set. I love that set. :)

Biggest one night win in a .50/.50 cash game is $630 two years ago on a $30 buy-in. Ran up $200 into $1425 in four and a half hours playing $1/$2 at Red Shores casino last October. Cashed out to watch my friend finish 14th in the ACPC.

Small potatoes compared to some of the other posts.

Played $1/$3 at Hollywood after a two and a half year absence from casinos shortly after my .50/.50 win above. Got there at 5:15 right after work. Dumped $800 in two hours and realized I needed to switch things up. Left six hours later down a hundred. A win in its own right.

not sure what this '$' symbol means as I only play with m&ms.

I had a couple good runs at Trumans house last year, in for 160 out for 2300 (m&ms of course)

All last years live games did was balance out how bad I played and ran online. LOL. this is the way.

The other night I won $1150 playing online and another $2000+ when my buddy took my $500 and turned it into over $2500 for me playing craps.

Biggest poker win for me was BBOTB i won between 2k & 3k a couple of times

That 1150 was AFTER I said stay for another orbit. You're most welcome. :ROFLMAO:

Peanut or plain M&M’s? It matters, it matters a lot!

Played in a 1/1 NLH game the night before Thanksgiving. Played just over 90 min, $625 profit. Helped I ran like God, flopping sets twice against AA & AK and getting stacks in by the opponents.

I believe we EARN that money!

I don't know, something like $1000 tourney, and $300 cash -- we only play micro cash

Also, I WON $3000 off a slot once. Took ZERO skill

CASH WINS
1/2 Casino $2400
2/5 Casino $4500
5/10 Casino $6200
$1/1 home game $7100
.25/.50 home game $2800ish (Abby’s)

CASH LOSSES
1/2 $2200 (underground 1K max game)
2/5 $2500
5/10 actually only $2K
Home game $2200
One weekend loss @ home game was $5100 at one of the DCS events

Tournament - biggest one I ever entered was the $1500 dealer’s choice 6 max WSOP event in 2018. Lasted almost until day 2 but did not cash.

Biggest tournament bink is only $1500ish at DCS. Had a couple of casino wins with 60+ players but low buyins and only won $1200-1400 if memory serves.

Embrace the variance!

I'm usually the host but sometimes we play at another place which is friends of friends.

They play 25c/50c $20 buy-in cash game.
Rebuys are $20-$60. They have a few guys that play quite aggressively with anything. All good guys in good fun though.

Bought in for $20, cashed out about $900.
To be truthful, this was probably the luckiest night of cards any one of us ever had.

I'd look down at AA, KK, QQ, AKs, JJ, repeat. But that's not all. I would hit jackpot on 9/10 hands played.

I was flopping straights, flushes, 3 of a kind. My trips would turn into full houses on the turn. I basically hit every flop, and improved on every turn.

After winning a crazy amount of hands, I started telling people to fold after the flop when I 100% had them beat. But they called to the river all night cause they kept saying "he can't still have the nuts. He has to be bluffing us at this point". :ROFLMAO:

Any hand against me, they ended up going all in by the river and losing their stack over an over.

As much as I'd like to take credit, there was no skill involved that night lol.

I won $8100 (1620bbs) in a 5/5 game a few months ago. I actually only played about two hours, but I hit everything. Even had a 5-way all in on the flop pot.

Tourney was around $35k at WSOP.

Had hit a few biggish multitable wins on PokerStars back during the Poker boom in the $5-7K. Don’t think I did too much with the money other than withdraw it and use it for general spending money.
