Those 1's are absolutely perfect. What were they in their first life?After almost 18 months, the final pieces of the ultimate PCA set are complete. I replaced the RHC $1 with a leaded THC that was shape-milled. And I added a purple leaded $1000. The Missouri Gaming Commission does not specify a color, so I picked.

I’m sure some people in here have his personal contact information. But I don’t know if anyone would be willing to pass it off. He’s prolly going to get on again at somepoint though. I suspect after the estate acquisition and how it went on some other boards he may be taking a break. Either way I hope all is well with him and you’re able to reach him soon

Were the people at the Chip Board mean to him because they didn’t want his NOS TRKs to be real?
He posted the pictures on TCB and they lost thier shit. Massive bitch fit and I think he stopped posting shortly afterwards. I can kinda get it because ir sucks to have a bunch of people shit on your find since they’re jealous. But that happens all the time so maybe it was something different.

Maybe others remember more clearly, but I believe WW posted some TRKs that he aquired, and got a bit of feedback that they were probably fakes. Fakes in the sense that they were not actually made for the casinos. Not sure if there were ever a consensus, but really beautiful chips regardless. I'll try to find the link.

Yeah this is how I recall it occurring. Posted the chips, people said they were fake, and then it became a whole thing. I recall them being real though because he checked the dates and it wouldn’t be possible for the fakes to be made when they were. Only reason I speculated it caused his hiatus is because he freaked in 2020 when there was some controversy over Bourbon Street $5’s.
That site is the worst website I’ve ever seen. It feels like I’m taking a Time Machine to the 1990’s at the dawn of the internet when I use it. I took me like a year to figure how to search the archives for older posts. Still cant figure out how to make a post though.
What happened with the Bourbon street $5s?

Honestly don't see how this has anything to do with him not being online for two months though. Hope he's doing ok. He did mention being in the hospital for a while because of some health issues just before he left as well.

I made a few videos about this. Had a whole seminar at the chip convention talking about large hoards of chips being found at certain times. A larger portion of that conversation during the Q&A part and everyone wanted to talk about that. I talked with Krish via PM and from my understanding they are real. Talked with James Campiglia about the chips on the phone and both him and I think they are real.
I can understand that people are going to freak out about large finds like that, but its going to happen no matter what. Chips are sitting in darkness waiting to see the light of day like I've said so many times before. I mean the stuff that was part of that estate auction was insane to say the least. I fully understood the situation at hand and there was LOTS of talk about it at the chip show over the summer, both good and bad. I personally thought it was good and I said that the value of those chips found wasn't going to be affected. Was I right? I think so.
Recently a Sands $25 and $100 were sold on auction and went for well over what people would think they would've. People are still searching for those chips if they were found in quantity. It all comes down to supply and demand in this hobby especially when someone like Krish isn't willing to sell many of the chips he has. They are locked for a while, like many on here continue to say. That will keep prices high as long as the market isn't flooded.
I don't think that took him out of the hobby. I think he's been offline for a while for other reasons.
Oh shit. I hope he’s doing well then that’s prolly why he’s gone. Hopefully all ends up well with him and he is well enough to get back to chipping soon.
this is what I've heard too. Hoping all is okay and he's recovering well. Hopefully he'll be back soon.
And still no SSL in 2022.
