Not Mine A bunch of CPC customs (2 Viewers)

The other thing I noticed this that most of the custom chips in this lot left the factory around the same time period. MD-50, FDL, and oversize molds all ran Q1 of 2021. Whoever this is likely had access to the factory during that time period only. Curious that there's nothing from before that time or nothing after that, yet.

I've always wanted to be able to use this GIF — and now seems like the perfect time to do so:

Side note - who’s runout resort? Cool chips
Perfect chipper response.

“Holy crap! How did this happen?!? Who’s responsible?!?! What is CPC’s explanation?! We need answers damn it! But wait a minute… look at those purdy chippies… oooo… purdy chippies… drool… I wonder who designed those… that’s a nice spot combo… what were we talking about again?” :)

…and if your set didn’t make the cut (it clearly wasn’t good enough to be « stolen »), is it really good enough to be nominated for the HOF? :ROFLMAO:

On a serious note…I would obviously expect more extras to be produced than what we receive (we all get extras for free in our orders), but I don’t expect them to be sold or given (I didn’t check the terms and conditions when I placed my order so maybe it’s their right to do so).

Security is a big selling point of customs. They even mention it on the CPC website. People don't drop ridiculous amounts on customs only to turn around and find them on eBay. People pay for security and then this!?

Maybe not who you think it is…I haven’t given any sample or single to anyone…looks like someone might have a direct source into CPC factory…

100% Unacceptable for those chips to be made available, the only caveat to that being if the owner of each set gave/sold those chips away.

From the CPC website: http://classicpokerchips.com/pokerchips/realclay/faq.htm
What is it that makes clay chips so popular after all these years?
Security The number one reason. It is almost impossible to duplicate a hand made clay chip. The molds that make these chips exist only at our factory and the manufacturing process is a closely guarded secret.

Anyway someone can find out who the seller is? These were stolen from the Gorham post office.
Has to be someone from within the post office system if they were stolen out of the mail. How they ended up in Florida is another question. The eBay seller has lots of feedback. Guess is the seller bought them off of the thief. It may be that the seller is unaware that these are stolen property.

They might have even been auctioned off at the USPS mail recovery center after entering the lost and found system
