Classic Poker Chips - Last Call Mockups (38 Viewers)

i always wanted to make these as a simple 18xx set (most people here won't understand what that means or why these colors/spot patterns matter), but i pretty much stopped playing, and was never able to come up with 2 more designs that made sense to fill out the set. ce la vie.

Ooo I love this one. Very mellow with all spots being variations of the base color. Any reason you chose not to do that for the $1?
Thank you.
Not really but it is difficult to have white variation. I wanted a white €1 so I made a compromise.

And it is also a break between semi solid and proper spots. Cool you noticed this effect I wanted to stay in this vintage mood.

I actually placed my order for add-ons for my Arizona Club set a bit before the news of the sale hit. These are intended to tidy up some potential dirty stack issues with the original set (I was too fresh into the custom chip game to consider how all the chips play with and against each other and only worried about the chips one value on either side when I made the originals). These also have secondary quarters for the set as I would have preferred a color like DG Peacock for the spots when I had it made, but that was many, many years away at the time.

I had a message from David a couple days ago saying hourglass was about ready to go in production and that he needed art "soon". Thankfully I have all my original art files on a backup hard drive and this particular design has enough of a formula to how it's laid out, it was relatively easy to produce these. I just needed a few test prints on the good printer at the office and was able to ship these off last night.
