You can't buy books, bookstores are closed, but even if you're a grocery store you can't sell books. All non essentials are illegal to buy and sell. Whichever way you look at it, that's pretty damn draconian to me.
Even if you go into a convenience store you can only buy essentials. They've even made it so regular clothing is illegal to buy/sell, only winter clothing and baby clothing is allowed to be sold, however some places have cordoned those areas off because it was too much work to remove items from shelves.
Yes, online is an option.. but that means the death to the corner stores that aren't set up for that. Good for
