Yes…let’s meet in Saint Louis.

The weights are before the ingredients. So 10 oz of cotton, 3 lbs. barytes , etc.
Otherwise, there would be a weight for the purple at the end.

Just walk away. Trust me on this one. Let them believe their chips are 25% pillows and the rest barytes and titanium with only 2.8% combined plastic and lead.

Hmm… a perfect case for clear writing.

What makes more sense, through:
10oz cotton and 3oz titanium OR 3lbs cotton and 2lbs 8oz titanium (the latter would be roughly 40% cotton and titanium)
2lbs 8oz dry vinyl OR 3oz dry vynl?
7lbs 8oz OR 3oz of lead (3oz for however many chips doesn’t seem very…. Leaded.)

Btw, I thought this was all hashed out 4 years ago.

NOTHING IS EVER HASHED OUT AND EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE ARGUED.

Honestly….3lbs of cotton makes more sense and would make the chips much more durable and chip resistant as a composite. Think about rebar in concrete or straw in adobe bricks.

Ok…you are trolling us, right?

I live in the land of cotton…10 oz cotton is a grade of cotton. Not the amount in the recipe.

"10 oz cotton" is not a "grade of cotton". It refers to the weight of a piece of fabric, as measured in ounces per square yard. It describes how thick the fabric is. How much cotton is used per square yard. This has nothing to do with the weight of cotton itself and has nothing to do with how cotton would be used or described in this formula. They are putting raw cotton in the chips. They're not putting woven fabric in there, and they sure as shit don't care about fabric weights or thread counts in their fucking poker chip formulas.

You’re exactly as intellectually arrogant (without any basis) as everyone here thought.

Seeing as how only one other person from this entire think tank has managed to solve the chip formula riddle, I think I'm OK with that.

Read it again. The weights come before the ingredients. Just like they do in every fucking recipe you've ever read. It's also the only way the formula makes any fucking sense. I assure you the lead silicate is NOT just 3 fucking ounces and the purple color is NOT just a random word that you can ignore at the end.

Explain it like I’m 50

The formula for says 3oz of lead silicate.
Which corresponds to the % column of 1.4%

Add up all the % up column and you get to 100%.

You’d have to assume this is 100% of the chip formula no?

And cotton is 22.35%

Alright... I'll give it a shot...

Hey you old fuck. Cotton is a vegetable. It's how we won the great wars. Cotton. Now go have supper. They have pudding.

Fin.
