Fantastic bottle!! I crushed my first bottle of that way too fast, but at least I was smart enough to grab a backup. My local had a couple bottles of Batch 12 also, but I dragged my feet on getting one and they were gone when I finally went back.

Batch 12 was their last one and apparently they’re now discontinued. I’d be real curious to see how these measure up to Aberlour A’Bunadh.

Thomas H Handy 2024 for $395
Willett purple top 10 year 129.6 proof for $345
Willett green top 10 year rye 132.6 proof for $345

Handy is way higher than I’d like to pay. I’d insta buy at $250 and likely still buy at $300.
Willett’s are closer to my valuation.

Thoughts?

Looks like I’m being offered all three for $787 plus tax. $850 out the door. That’s $262/btl pretax.

Has anyone had the Cigar Blend?

Had a sample of the Cigar Blend just recently, really nice pour. Crazy rich and sweet, tons of vanilla with leather and root beer notes. I would imagine it pairs wonderfully with a nice cigar, especially a cuban or Fuente.

Rare bird around here, I've only seen one at retail and had to pass as I was already like triple spent on my whiskey budget lol.
