Trying a new one tonight. Figured it was a good day to open up a slightly more expensive bottle to celebrate because...

Good of a reason as any I cracked my bottle open a few weeks back, I really enjoyed this one, the salty brine hints are really unique.
I feel the same way. I can understand the last pour being bad if a small amount oxidized, but first pour confuses me. The liquid is not contained to the neck inside the bottle. I'm open to being educated.I’m skeptical about all this “neck pour” business. Someone elucidate me.
I was a huge skeptic too, but I’ve definitely noticed this with most bottlesI have noticed, without a doubt, that ALL my bottles taste better after being open for at least 2 to 3 weeks. If that is not the neck pour phenomenon then I am mistaken. But I do notice a big difference in flavor after a bottle has been open a few weeks. I am assuming it is because of the extra exposure to oxygen. Anyone else ever notice this?
Ooops. I totally did. Corrected.Did you just call rye, BOURBON?!?
Admins, ban hammer!
