I’m not good at this as I’m still learning.

As I said previously the regular falls flat.
Store pick is much more pleasant, balanced
The barrel proof is like a high test version of the regular but yet more balanced.
Something in the regular over powers everything else but I can’t place my finger (or tongue if you will) on it. Almost like it isn’t a wheater, as it’s too harsh and not buttery.
The store pick doesn’t have that upfront abrasiveness much more delicate so you get some other experiences.
The barrel proof give you a bit of caramel and is more enjoyable than the other two even with the higher proof.

I’m not a person who eats tobacco, leather, oak or other odd descriptors. If it’s chocolate, cinnamon or caramel I can relate.

However stay tuned you’ll be particularly entertained by my 46, two (maybe more by the time I get around to it) Private Select’s and a RC6 tasting I should be doing this summer.

I've never had the 10. How is it? I'm about to pour a glass myself!
Cheers, mate.
It’s an airport dutyfree-only bottling. My wife is British and I picked it up on the way back from the in-laws last year. It’s good—a bit more aggressive on the peat and smoke since it is younger.
