Maybe a stupid question. Are there legit places to sell bottles? I don’t have unicorns and such, but I’ve completed my “honeymoon” phase and realize I’ve gone off the deep end. Love to recover some of it back.

There are a lot of Facebook groups for buy/sell/trade. Probably a few in your area.

I am not part of them. I don’t have Facebook.

I'm really wondering about this. I'm currently seeing the large liquor stores in Houston having some significant sales. In fact, I was just looking at this in my email from TW. Any of these worth picking up at these prices? I almost bought the Rebel 113 at another store on Saturday that had it on sale at $41. At $37, it's even a better deal, but is it marked down because it's a crap bottle???

I’ve had a few of those Rebel 113 single barrels and I liked them very much (paid $50-55 apiece) at $37 I’d love them lol

With that being said, single barrel picks are only as good as the person/people picking them. My local store has a fantastic record when it comes to their store picks so ymmv. FWIW…I’ve had a couple of the Ezra Brooks cask strength single barrels also and they were excellent as well. I think you’d be hard pressed to find any barrel proof bottle under $40 that’s better than those two. Just my .02
