@kmccormick100 Has tipped me off to grand casino gulfport $1 listings several times, and even bought them and sold them to me at cost when there were BIN sales that eluded me, but this one was my best deal yet by far - earlier in the week he tipped me off to a lot on eBay that included 9 of these beautiful rarities. I hadn't noticed it because the seller didn't list it well, and apparently nobody else saw it either, because I just won the auction for $22. For those of you who haven't been following along, properly listed Grand Casino Gulfport $1's have been selling for $15-$25 apiece on eBay over the last year, so this was a STEAL!

Just wanted to say thanks to the PCF members who answered my classified ad for Matsui Plaques. They are awesome! By far the best plaques I’ve ever owned. They will compliment my cash game chips perfectly.
FYI I’m still looking for three more of the $20 Andrew Jackson plaques.

Big thanks to @v1pe and @Potsie1 for the invite to yesterday’s game.
The food, environment, and players were all delightful. The PCF promo chips look even better in person, and have the same feel as some of my favorite BCC sets.
I look forward to playing with you all again, and will try to make a better showing next time.

Nice work! Our table seemed pretty solid. I only remember one rebuy, so didn't see many of the orange ones in action. The colors on these things really pop, especially the pink 500.
Glad you like them! Couple people I work with want sets now. Maybe a re-order later this year, collect payments in Jan.
I have some @BGinGA approved structures cataloged for T25K up to T200K. I'll look to do a T100 base game next time and we will get some more of those 5K's (and even some 25K's) in play!
@PAZ. He's the guy. I can not say enough about how incredible he is. Have you met someone more generous than him, both as Chip Santa, but also as just a really great guy?
If you've been one of the many who have received unexpected packages in the mail from Paul, because he saw you were looking for a particular chip...then you know just how great it feels that Santa has visited YOU! And if you've ever experienced the cinnamon bread, you might suspect, as I do, that he is just too good to be true.

Double post since I seem to have accidentally created a second similar thread earlier this year. But I’ll move it here, since this is the og thread.
BGinGA has copped the occasional bit of flak for his opinions, especially on the donkey forum.
Overall I’ve always found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, especially with the amount of set breakdown threads he continues to post helpful comments in, for what must be the thousandth time of asking.
He is currently helping me out with reshipment of some chips, to save me postal fees and even paid my share for a joint shipment we had, so that I could pay him back in one go, to save PayPal fees too.
I’ve always appreciated his posts and now I appreciate his generosity and community spirit. All in all, he is a great guy, so thanks very much Dave.

Mel really helped me out when I was building my AS cash set.
She also put up with many a question from me when designing my Motswari set and felt, and I feel very grateful for her advice, as it really helped me improve the set overall.

Yes, I think Dave is one of the most misunderstood members here. He is a great person and human being, a true friend but let's keep it a secret!
It's my ommission not to have already posted in this thread, to mention:
-The excellent service provided by and the pleasure to work with @David Spragg , @T_Chan and @Gear , all of them great people and excellent professionals.
- @Psypher1000 for his patience and politeness in answerting a crap ton of noob questions, when I arbitrarily appointed him as my mentor, being new here a few months ago.
-Needless to say @BGinGA has always been the rapid reaction force of this forum in answering all kinds of breakdown and tourney structure questions with authority, at lightning speed.
-@Toby for handling the Black Cat auction in a fair way.
Last but not least, there's two guys who offered me their kind help without even being asked or paid: They are @slisk250 and @inca911 .
Mike sold me a rack of sought-after chips at a very reasonable, non-inflated price and then offered to send them over to @Gear hand to hand via @inca911 . Forrest finally nurtured 3 racks of chips I bought in his home to hand them over to Chris.

Shoutout to @DoubleEagle who sent me a sample of his fantastic club 875 cpc set, for no other reason than I pitched in with a few comments on his secondary add-on design thread.
I don’t however appreciate that now that I’ve seen my first h-mold in person I really want some. On a screen it’s one of my least favourite molds, but in person it’s now one of t favourites. It just goes to show, always get samples lol.

Just some long-overdue praise and thanks to two of the nicest and considerate members here: @PAZ and @Psypher1000. They both set the bar high—if the measure of a man is the company he keeps, I am lucky, indeed. Each is, as they say, a mensch. 
I've thanked these people before, but it's always nice to do it again lol and this is the consolidated thread for these things I guess.
@ChaosRock for giving me some oldschool ct days style deals and helping me compete most of my relabel set. Glad to have met you in Vegas too.
@Jackstraw for driving out to meet and sell me some chips at a great price too. I've just recalled I need to send you a package. My bad I forgot, but I'll get onto it this weekend.
