Stats:
1200 chips ordered.
64 extras.

Upon cursory inspection:
No mislabeled chips.
No misaligned inlays.
I paid extra for no split spots on my $1. All good.
I did not pay extra for no split spots on my $100. And I have none.
I figured I would only have error chips on my $5, and I was correct. 2/1264 ain’t bad!

Beautiful set and great info!

Looks like DSQ is wrapping up then? Anyone else pending (or holding out on us)?!

Just approved my final proofs for HHR. Looking like ~8 weeks. Hype.

Has anybody ordered 44mm chips? On which mold?
Edit: How many and when? Feel free to PM me.

If anyone is submitting a CSQ order in the future, I would like to piggyback for an add on, if you are able.

Too damn quiet around these parts, we need some sexy clay chip pics. Anyone with any HHR or Scroll mold orders in? Should be pretty soon on those I would imagine.

I am waiting on a new B-Diamond order and an addition onto my H-Mold from last year.

Yep... waiting on my Scroll mold (ordered back in Dec'23).

I've got faith they'll show up this month... ;)

Will post as soon as I get them!
When did you have to pay for your order? Was it when you placed it? If so, that’s a long time for them to hold on to your money.

Paid back in Dec'23.
Yeah, it's a while, but I knew that was possible and I was warned how long it could take.

No worries, just anxious... :)

CPC has certain deadlines for payments on orders. It is generally around 3 months in advance of actual production. However, if you are familiar with how CPC works and know you are going to put an order in you just pay when you have it. I paid for my B-mold order around February/March knowing it would be Nov/Dec production. The key is knowing when molds have run previously. I have been keeping track for awhile. Generally most molds run once every 10-11 months depending on orders received.

my fried went to Menorca (Balearic Islands, Spain) and visited local casino, an old and small joint. Much to his surprise, scroll mold chips were in use.
Knowing my interested in chips, he sent a pic. I asked him to take a few single, but was able only to keep a 5 euro chip: staff did not want to give him a 2.50 euro chip

It's the first time I see such a chip in use in Europe, where Clay chips are basically non-existend: only plastics and some jetons
@David Spragg maybe you know something? I had a look at Chipguide, several scroll mold chips are listed, most of them old chips denominated in pesetas.

For scroll molds chips in Europe, those were likely made by Hispania when they made chips.

That's likely what @TheChipVault is talking about here:

Some info about the Hispania scroll here under the MD-93 entry.

I seem to recall @David Spragg mentioning somewhere here that the Hispania cups were pretty well used up and/or not compatible with equipment at CPC.

[EDIT - must be an older chip as well. Looks like Casino Maritim closed in 2011:
