Seems like it. I ordered two set ups each of poker and bridge and haven't gotten a notice. Those that got notices have ordered bridge only, I think.
I got a shipping notice for my non-four color poker sized set up yesterday. When they arrive, can someone post their thoughts on the difference compared to 2.0? My league members did not like 2.0 at all and I had already pre-ordered the new ones by then. If there is not much of a difference in handling, I may be looking to sell these at a discount without even opening them.

My notification started with an acceptance at a shipping facility an hour from my house in SoCal...and then ended up going to Vegas overnight 
That sounds pretty odd, so for my sanity I'll just assume they start in Vegas and the first acceptance wasn't a real thing.

Order size is probably holding it up. Likely they're fulfilling based on size from the sound other orders.
I also ordered mine the day they went live, and I woke up to my shipping email today. 2 decks, one 4-color bridge and one 2-color poker.
Yeah figured that’s why. Wish they would update their website or social media with the graphics/artwork atleast!
