Where can bicycle prestige bridge be purchased?

Does Fournier make french suited cards? Iv only ever seen them with coins cups swords and clubs

I'd remiss to not mention Piatnik or King as well.

Piatniks are like Dal Negros. Very nice and consistent. Graphics and font are nice too.

I was gifted a used travel cribbage board along with its deck of Piatniks in... 1990. The Piatniks are still going.

I’d take Kems every day and twice on Tuesday over Copags. Kems need some care but it easy. All that’s needed to keep them flat it to store them upside down with a cut card on top. An extra dealer button if you have one is extra insurance. I’m willing to take the simple step because the feeling of Kems are simply unmatched by any manufacturer.

Everything feels cheap in comparison and there is nothing close. Believe me I’ve tried to find it. That’s why I have so many card set ups from so many companies (I’m over 30 now I think) It started trying to find an alternative to Kem in feel but without fear of bowing. …but there isn’t one.

Since I learned about the shortage trick 15 years ago EVERY SINGLE Kem deck I own has remained perfectly flat.

I just gave in and bought two Kem setups. Gold and Black, Red and Blue. Poker sized jumbo index.

Yes they are very overpriced. But I have not played with them for years. Probably at least 10. Wow, did I miss the feel of these cards.

Now I have to prevent them from cupping lol.

Yes they are way overpriced. I have a lot of them but won’t buy any more at that price. I’ve never payed more than $23 for a setup. They used to be on sale every once in a while on Amazon but that hasn’t happened in years.

The feel is simply unrivaled. The gold standard for feel IMO…with out any close competition in that regard.

Store them as I suggested. Twelve decks and no bowing. keep them away from heat and humidity….I actually do that with all my favorite cards. I have a cheap deck to take to the beach for vacation..etc

I think that’s why you see the still at all the major casinos. I imagine they are liked a lot by dealers.

Before Covid I noticed Borgata and Harrahs had started using Gemaco for tournaments (Kems still for cash). A few weeks ago Borgata was back to Kems everywhere. Not sure about Harrahs

There are lots of Bicycle Prestige on Amazon but they are all Poker size. I've never seen them in Bridge.

I haven't seen the green/orange bridge size Bicycle Prestige decks on Amazon for several years. Single decks used to be sold in wrappers (no box) for $8/deck, standard or jumbo index.

I can't choose between these 3 setups. All are Fournier. I like the back of the 2826 but they have the security red. The Arabesco have the "normal" red and I love the back. But I find that there is not enough contrast.. always afraid of errors when the two decks are in play. The FdL also have the normal red but I like the back less.. but the contrast is there.

Mayas and Rosas have nice backs too. Easily recognizable but I am not sure about red ink on those.

Thanks for offering surfik! We might have to use you as I've searched the forum on this website for intel and I've heard shipments to the US can get pretty hefty at ~$40+

I emailed Naipesczaca and they will ship to the US. They have a really good lineup of Fournier which are impossible to find here in the US.

He quoted me about 37 Euros shipping charge for 4 setups. (I'm think about it)

I’m starting to dig bridge size more now but my group last night were bigger fans of the poker index. I think the lights on the ESPN table were too bright and making it hard for them to see the couple of different bridge size decks I tried out. I really liked the @justincarothers broken arrow deck.

We used a KEM setup for most of the night since they preferred that one.
