Yep similar to the JordansOtherwise coined as “Irrational Exuberance” - lol.
I personally think we’re in a downward trending mkt. Yes, there is a core trading/selling high $$ chips amongst themselves, I’ve bought a few $$ racks recently myself.

BUT we're entering quite a wonderful time to be obsessed with cards!Thread Revival.
Current chipping situation:

AND
- Hoarding has killed forward momentum of many

LOL. Do you even PCF?No games = no need for any new chips.
No games = no need for any new chips.
No games = no need for any new chips.
but as a whole, the novelty of playing poker again after coming out of lockdown for months is starting to wane.
I've hosted four times this year. Four. I hosted four games by March last year and did 13 or 14 overall. I'm looking at the calendar and October is the next time I'm able to/looking to host.
lmao r u new around here or what
Lol you guys don't know me if you're questioning this. 10 cash sets and counting and 9 tournament sets and working on a 10th.LOL. Do you even PCF?
Just starting out, I like it. Don’t worry though, you’ll get some good numbers eventually!!Lol you guys don't know me if you're questioning this. 10 cash sets and counting and 9 tournament sets and working on a 10th.
Quality over quantity. I bought and sold at least 8 other sets (that I can remember) over the past 4 years.Just starting out, I like it. Don’t worry though, you’ll get some good numbers eventually!!
Link?he home game thread isn't as populated as it was a year or two ago. Partly for security reasons discussed elsewhere
Some people recently realized it might be a bad idea to post pictures of stacks of cash and drunken professionals playing with dildos.Link?
Did I miss something? Do I need to stop posting in the home game thread?
Pretty much. Some people recently realized it might be a bad idea to post pictures of stacks of cash and drunken professionals playing with dildos.

Nothing excites me anymore. The sets I'd be willing to pay for are sets I don't want - pretty much anything made in the last 20 years. The sets I want will always come with price tags that are silly, regardless of market conditons. So it doesn't matter what gets found or produced or what - I'm basically a spectator. But it's still fun to watch. At this point, I'd be more excited by a massive new hoard of BCC chips being found or by @Split or @EmptyPocs opening their BCC vaults than I would by another NAGB.
Low T?Nothing excites me anymore.
Or c) a lot of patience. If you want the good stuff you better a) have lots of patience and/or money to throw at it, or b) make friends with the right people.
I spit my coffee out. Sorry, that's hilarious.Low T?
